Feaquoy is a modern house situated on an elevated site in Tankerness, Orkney. The elevated site gives the house very special 360 degree views over the Orkney mainland and beyond. The house is clearly a modern but has been designed with a respect for traditional Orkney construction details. Each room enjoys a different view and most importantly the changing Orkney light. The interior of the house is open plan and taking advantage of the slope of the site the central living room drops down a half level and rises up into the roof beams.
