PETER FINNIGAN ARCHITECTS

Peter Finnigan Architects has practiced in Orkney for 14 years. It has two qualified architects – Peter Finnigan and May Banks a husband and wife team.
Prior to coming to Orkney Peter was a director of a commercial architectural practice in London and has been the project architect for a number of office headquarters buildings notably The Headquarters of The Standard Chartered Bank.
May, who was born and brought up in Orkney, is a qualified conservation architect and worked on major National Trust buildings most notably the restoration of Ham House in Richmond, Surrey.
Since practicing in Orkney the practice has won a Civic Trust Award and a number of Laura Grimond Awards.
